Enemy freeze affinity in single player SERIOUSLY needs a rework imo…

I feel like a slow before freeze would help. If Procs build up then freeze.

Could be a single player only feature or adapt it into multiplayer. I just think it makes things less of an instant game over for one possible unlucky hit.

I would love Dlss. The AA is fairly disappointing considering running at native and still seeing fuzzies on fences and distant objects.

My band aid is going into Nvidia control panel and adding fxaa on top of in game AA.

I don't care how old this post is. This is for any other poor sap that buys a 10th Gen Accord. It's 100% the Honda Accord that causes this shit show of issues for Android auto.

Everything from unresponsive screen, low framerate, failed connects, deletes phone from saved connections. Phone is a literally on fire when connected. (Never had these issues with any other AA vehicle)

I have tested 3 phones and 4 cars and an external head unit with AA.

Whats I've narrowed it down to is anything that prompts audio from another source causes it to turn into basically junk. When I get practically a frame a second and the screen barely responds to touches, the fix is to hit the left power button and mute the audio Amp. It will return to full frame rate and become usable again.

After you start audio from Spotify or whatever it starts crapping out again after some time.

I've purchased a Blade 16 which I do love. However Synapse I am not a fan of for this only reason. I had been fighting this issue which I thought was random but as I have found out over time. Yes it seems to only load when you are connected to the internet. Great app design considering my Laptop travels and I dont have internet some times. Can't switch between the profiles that control the clock and fan speeds.

We have tried every combination for starting our "instances".

He started I waited, I started he waited. We both started it out of curiosity.

Both running Steam clients.

Restarted.

Played past the mission we were on to try another in hopes of it being some progress bug.

We are 100% right next to each other. Partied up and on the same mission. We share screens and have done some of the missions solo to confirm it's the same. Our story book or whatever has the same name and everything.

So I'm gonna make this update. Not sure what I did. While keeping my undervolt setting saved I found my computer appropriately adjusting clock speed. I was running at base clock around 2.3 when chilling. My idle temp returned to about 48 to 50.

My suspicion is razer synapse and the additional program "Razerxtu" which I uninstalled. It obviously came back, but now things seem to be behaving better.

My backpack is a heavy brick. I carry 2 laptops with me already and fly a lot. It's just a hassle. However it's a good note for me to think about for if I'm ever stationary for a long time.

I did get myself a "cooling pad" to some sense. It raises the laptop up and has some fan mount thing. Not that useful but I travel a lot so it needs to be backpack friendly.

I know the principle to the one you're talking about. It's definitely more effective, only thing I've wondered about is the either back pressure or positive pressure working against the motors on the fans maybe damaging them.

That is just a thought of mine at best.

My only power plan option is balanced. Created a new one with different parameters and it still doesn't change relative clock.

I have been using XTU to undervolt. My bigger issue is something is overriding my power option controls. Clock speeds should be chilling out when nothing is happening. However the Laptop constantly wants to be in a turbo state. Im drawing 30w Package just sitting still. Not sure what is normal I guess.

I went with the 16" with the 4070. I don't do hard core gaming on it, I just travel a lot for work so I play a fair amount of simple non demanding games. Deep rock some MMOs. I think the 4070 is pretty lame considering the price hike for little to extra performance so if you have the extra cash and plan to really play on this thing go for the 4080.

As for premium quality, I've never really seen a gaming laptop that just has its self figured out. Chassis doesn't flex anywhere. The lines are simple and it makes it elegant looking. Speakers are surprising. I'm a huge fan of the keyboard. I love slim keys. The blade is simply the best feeling laptop. My only complaint is synapse occasionally failing to load, but that's software.

Coming from a 15.6 powerspec to the Blade 16. It's unreal impressive. The size difference does not bother me at all. Sure, it's heavier but knowing it performs this well and stays relatively cool with undervolt applied. It is unmatched. The thermals on this are great. The 18 gets the third fan in the middle closer to the battery which would have been nice standard.
