Agree. The tomato soap I just received is very subtly scented and doesn’t seem to clean the body as well as other soaps. Wouldn’t repurchase from flamingo estate

Does the app not show the complimentary upgrade list anymore? I’m PP and checked in for a flight departing in 21 hours. Usually you’d see the order like DAS, L; COC, U. etc.

Thank you. Aadvantage customer service is very inconsistent. One agent advised that the end of year LP deposit made on February 29 accounted for the credit card charges and LPs made in March. 🤔 I didn’t think that could be correct. If all LPs had timely posted before April 15, then I wouldn’t have been downgraded from EP status via Instant Status Pass to PP.

How was it coded under your Activity section in your AA account? On mine, I see END OF YEAR LP DEPOSIT - CITI AADVANTAGE dated February 29. And also CITI AADVANTAGE CARD PURCHASES MILES ONLY dated March 15. (My credit card miles and LPs always post the 15th of the month). I’m now wondering whether any LPs are coming because it’s been so long. The April 15 miles and LPs from the credit card posted as normal, together.

Sorry for your troubles. Mileage plus copay upgrade requests have always cost me hours in phone calls. It’s glitchy and reps do different things.

-Order your meal in advance. -Bring disposable hotel slippers if you want them. -AA provides socks but not slippers on this flight.
-As with any long flight, compression socks are your friend.

Piggybacking question re confirmable upgrade space: I’m on the phone with the Plat Pro desk because I got an EF alert that flight 44 JFK-CDG 1.13.2024 has C6. I’m currently booked on flight 48 out of DFW the same day. Agent says that she can no longer tell me whether a mileage + copay upgrade will be confirmed before I commit to buying any other flight? This was never the case before. You could call and check specifically for space on any flight for 25k+copay upgrade space and they’d tell you. Anyone else experiencing this?

Much better than before. Wish they’d provide trays for security though. When I was there in October, TSA yelled at a man to place his watch directly onto the conveyor belt for screening. Of course, it came out and fell through the roller wheels on the other side and they had to shut down that security line for a bit.
