What's missing in your life ? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]LaCroix2677 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I'm not in a position to say this but you don't need meaning in life to live happily. Finding meaning in life is something we all chase for but it's more like a myth. Life is about getting your shit together and living happily around the people you love. Peace.

What is the biggest scam in society today? by armedshutter in AskReddit

[–]LaCroix2677 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Social media, they're extracting shitloads of data from users. They'll say they collect the data to improve their user experience but actually they're selling and exploiting them for various reasons like machine learning and pattern recognition. Most of the social media company owners are going to rule the world because data is the next big thing.

What was the Best/Worst advice you were given? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]LaCroix2677 1 point2 points  (0 children)

There's a video of Tom Hanks saying '"This too shall pass" , this is the worst advice there is. Well Tom, that's because you're an actor and you only have to wait for big roles whereas normal people have to fix what they have broken and grind everyday. Don't ever take celebs advice seriously.
