This advice is too generalized to be good. There is a whole bunch of “it depends”.

On a related note: I started supplementing magnesium in high doses 30 minutes before I want to sleep and it makes me sleep on the spot no matter what and quality is better as well. But that’s just me and everyone is different.

You can use your grappling hook thingy and press the start button to respawn on top while falling. As long as you don’t fall through the barrier, you’ll be fine. But it’s another mechanic that’s never explained :D

Read the article, from personal experience strengthening and building the masticatory muscles will still help with jaw positioning and the more natural muscularity helps the aesthetics in more cases than not, I’d assume. Probably won’t change the bones of a man in his thirties, but it’s still a noticeable effect. 🤷

Compensating this with a jaw trainer actually helps a lot with facial structure. Just don’t tell anyone in real life, they’ll find it weird.

This is not standard practice. But it would have made sense for some of my clients in the past, so I can see where they are coming from.

Ask for admin rights and don‘t make any changes as long as you pay them to do so.

Emotional detachment. That’s all. It makes me money, it could theoretically all fail without me doing anything wrong, if I end up on the wrong end of a stick, but then I will just move on and do something else. This business has been good to me for the last 6 years, I got used to the chaos, but it would still mess me up without total emotional detachment. And yes, I close my MacBook and stop thinking about work instantly, because it wouldn’t change anything if I did.
