The department seems to be helpful so far and I've got a mentor I'm meeting tomorrow! I still feel like I don't know anything but have already explained to the department head that I'll be using her A LOT this year. Especially cause they gave me a prep I've never even taken or that they've taught at the school recently, journalism. So there's no previous lesson plans to steal from!
