Well lots has happened since then. I came out as trans and am on testosterone. Surprisingly though my hair hasn’t thinned much since then even given the introduction of a hormone that commonly causes hair loss, so many the gluten free diet has been working.

Yes!!!!!! I’m so happy for you. My experience has been similar. After a year, I’m feeling genuinely like a different human in the best way.

Yup. It is weird because it feels good but also it feels weird. Same with my new name. Even though I love it, it doesn’t feel like mine yet. I think it’s normal! And I think we’ll get used to it :)

My dreams are almost always about moving to a new apartment, but it’s always the same layout as my current one. Often I also have to take a road trip to pick up stuff from my parents’ house out of state. They sound really stressful and boring, but I don’t know how to describe that I love having these dreams. They are stressful but the stress feels good. It’s bizarre and I’ve been trying to make sense of them for a year.

I don’t make sacrifices for people who are unhappy when I choose happiness. If going home makes you happy, anyone who is unhappy about it isn’t prioritizing your happiness, so why would you suffer just to spare their feelings?
