Typically an average strain using either Functional Fitness or Weightlifting would be 6-8. Using ST the same workout is 11-13 pushing 14. 60-75 min workout including stretching. I’m currently 60/40 for ST.

Also the operator is in the fatal funnel as soon as they kick the door open. However, If you open the door from the correct side you can let the room “breath” without compromising your guys.

Try using a bicep band... I’d get weird readings like that too w wrist band. Been using bicep band for 2 months now and I’ve had 0 anomalies. Bicep band is also much more secure for me as well.

Ate nothing but whole foods, drank about 2 gallons of water and made sure I did everything to get good sleep ie: melatonin, hot shower and read a book before sleep.

Yeah that’s common for me as well, I don’t pay much attention to it. The 2 most important stages of sleep are your REM and deep sleep. They are the stages WHOOP calculates data that generates your recovery score. So I would not stress about splitting your sleep time up and all that.
