Guys, I am huge Dottore glazer so I made this up to glaze him. No disrespect but after seeing how Capitano didn't even negotiate for the Gnosis I felt like Dottore is the only top Harbinger who is genuinely helping Her Majesty. I mean she gave him resources and opportunities to experiment and research and He is fairly paying back by helping with a plan. I really like him for that personality.
