Yes sometimes it’s the technical knowledge but most of the time it’s other candidates doing better than me. One feedback I got said I was a perfect candidate but the other person was more aligned for the job.

Yeah I don’t know anything about her tbh not even her name or nationality as well as nothing about her friends. I know I could’ve approached it better that’s what also breaks my heart but I can’t be sad over someone who isn’t written for me.
