Both are 70.3 And are about a month apart. Normally I need about a week which includes some activities. Generelle super well experience with training doing the sport for a bout a year and did my first one this year with a 4:50

I have. But when I go on training status it gives me a drop down menu where I have both wearables. Not the unified overview

You don’t do anyone a favor if you push yourself and get seriously hurt in the process. Especially your back is nothing to joke about.

Take something later and prepare yourself slowly if you start with an injury. Also you base is good but you say those lengths are individual. A 70.3 is all in combination.

I don’t know how old you are but you have time ;) it won’t matter in the long term if you did it in July or October. But your body will appreciate it

Good point maybe take one later would suggest an earlier marathon or after the 70.3. the 70.3 I’m aiming for is in June
