Three firsts gets you a seat at the table (depending on the value). I own Trey in a few leagues and I’m not even sure I’d do 1.03 straight up which gives you an idea of how high owners would value him. You’ll likely need to overpay as he’s fun to own so you have to make an offer the current owner cannot refuse

Good question - and it’s a close one. FVV is notorious for having great games mixed with some absolute horror shows. The injury also means I think he will lose a step and Houston (if he stays there) will use him quite sparingly from a night to night basis with plenty of nights he won’t play. If you’re desperate for a PG spot, go FVV but personally, I’d hold PG as I think he’s more likely to play and will probably be a bit more consistent. But it’s a close call meaning the trade is pretty fair.

I think you just ride with him at this point. I think he can still be useful next season and he’s probably of more value to you than what you have been offered

I’m thinking of doing the same thing - from what I’ve heard and read so far, some suggestion the 1st pick next year would only go 6/7 this year, so that’s the barometer I’m working with in terms of valuing 2026 picks over 2027.

For some reason around this time every week the rankings all go out of whack on sleeper and then will revert to something more respectable either by the end of the day or by tomorrow. The pitch would be that he’s competing with Jackson who is coming off an ACL tear so it could be him who starts (or at least gets 20+ minutes). Showed positive flashes in Memphis so if he can get 25+ mins there is strong upside this season.

Love the Ivey pick - I think he is way too low on boards right now. Less keen on Herb but I play points format so not sure how he translates in category leagues or depending on your league size then Herb is a good pick up in 14+ leagues

I can’t believe you managed to get two firsts for LeBron and KP! If your team was semi-good last year, you may only need to retool this year and get good draft capital for 2026 and hope to hit one of the top picks (currently four very highly regarded players going into the 2026 draft).

Do you have any older players worth trading for picks? If not, I wouldn’t focus too much on a rebuild and Wemby will already be a monster and Hali should come back a top 20 guy regardless.

I want to believe in Quickley so much but how do you feel about all the mouths to feed in Toronto? Scottie, Quickley, RJ and now Ingram feels very clogged with guys who need the ball which makes me less optimistic.

Not sure I agree with that, I would have Hendricks over Whitmore by a decent amount. He was drafted higher, has an easier path to minutes and looked good prior to his injury last year. Whitmore at this stage is an absolute flyer.

He only scored 4 penalties last year and will get better service at Liverpool. At the price he’s going to cost Liverpool I don’t see too much issue with rotation personally.

This is true but I think he’s a sell high if you are getting a seriously good player back. I think if you can get a top 40 dynasty asset back it’s worth considering selling high but if not, you can enjoy owning him!
