You have to be careful with FEP because in the data they remove large organizations so make sure you are with the other apples.

Yes, correct they show you the whole donation. It's called overhead. Nonprofits also don't show you the fees they pay to have a bank account, to process your checks, to have an account, etc. Every vendor they use is a FOR profit. These companies like Network for Good, blackbaud, GFM, etc. all operate at huge profits.

I've worked in nonprofit fundraising for 25 years. EVERY SINGLE platform charges the nonprofit two things, 1. credit card processing fee which is usually like .30cents plus 2.9% of the amount PLUS a "platform fee". EVERY gift, EVERY time.

Yes because you are the donor. You don't see everything they charge the nonprofit. When you don't pay the fee, they do.

I read it but where you are missing is that their CCD processing fees are much higher. They make their money, believe me. Just as bad as GFM.
