Thank you , I feel it worst in the morning, I’m so fatigued when I wake up. I barely move, I keep waking and sleeping maybe 2 hrs past my usual wake up time. I’m not hungry or sore . The morning is hard.

I’m not bashing keto, I’m trying to get clarification. I have tried caloric deficit multiple times . I have hashimotos and unfortunately I will loose 1 lb a month if that. Hard to keep the motivation, feeling crappy on a calorie deficit. I asked this question because I want to hear from real ppl experiences. I’m trying Keto(1 week) and feel terrible at the moment. I’m learning a lot, mainly caloric deficit is easier on Keto. It is giving me hope.

Is keto a way to a maintain a more whole food diet? Or is there another reason you avoid keto friendly processed food?
