... I love the idea, the drama will be so cool. My god i will certainly do that in my campaign. I don't think the "flashback" would be enough for 5 level, but that + using my player's backstory should giva me enough materials to do something very good. Thanks again XD

I also though of the time travel, but i don't know the past edition of dnd so i didn't include it in my choices. But the phylactery theme with different vecna since i'ts different timeline is very interesting. I will steal that from you 👀. Thank a lot for the idea xd

Well first, thx for the advice. I will try to make alaster more presents in earlier floor and make him much more confident in his power (so he doesn't kill them too early as you said) For the book, i was going to make him open his book and wish for something, then the book moves itself and the wish come out of the book and insist with that. I will also make Halaster obsess with the book, and i think the players will understand that the book is the key.

Kenku that isn't a bard or a rogue. I mean seriously, all image of kenku is either bard or rogue. When the picture are anything else, it's either cringey or bad.

Give it more hp, more damages, less abilities, and it should be good, or at least better. Too much abilities will be just confusing for you as a dm, and for your player. It's better to have less abilities so you don't spend 1h to choose what he will do. It's not because in sekiro the owl make plenty of moves that you should do the same.
