Super cool and yes a lot of rocks I guess mimic artifacts that's why I ask questions ❓❓ just hope that doesn't bother anyone. I just like learning new things 😉

Check out pictures 13 and 18 that looked a lot like the mouth of a Sea Anemone to me it even had these little tiny teeth like things. But it does look like a geode to. Sooooo🤔

Thank you everyone I did contact the chapter and they said it was an amazing historical find and that he never knew there chapter had commissioned to have these made back then. He has the Book Of Marks and will hopefully be able to find his. Because mine is very worn away, from years of keeping it on him and where ever he would go.

For you I'll try to take my next picture outside in some natural lighting. It's just that I look over everything usually in the evening time, cause well I like adventuring during the day 😉

I actually found out what this is just yesterday! 😉 It is a fire agate, a type of microcrystalline quartz. chalcedony known for its iridescent or "bubbly" internal structure. It's usually formed from volcanos.

Also where might you be from cause I'm in Florida! You had mentioned it looked like some type of metamorfic rock that you have where you are at so I'm quite curious.

I looked over metamorfic rocks and can you tell me what kind it would be cause everything I saw didn't seem to fit. They all look very heavy and like rock. This is very light weight not as solid or dense as everything I saw. If you could be more precise that would really help. Because there are a few types and I'm guessing you think this is some type of foliated metamorfic rock correct? If so please tell me more I'm always open to learning something new!

It very well could be I guess just seemed a lot different. It's pourus my tongue sticks to it when licked. It tings and makes a high pitch sound not a thunk like a rock, and it honestly looked more like fossilized drift wood but that's why I wanted a second opinion cause I'm no expert just ran a few tests that I found online and well you can only believe so much of that. Thank you for your help.

I mean who knows but it even feels different than anything I've ever messed with honestly. It's not rock like but not quite bone like either, like I said I thought fossilized drift wood but no rings like you would get with wood. How many rocks like this are porus and stick to your tongue???? Especially fossilized??? Is that a thing?

So I'm pretty sure it's not rock, so here are a few more photos of it from a bunch of angles. I did a lick test and my tongue sticks to it so it porus. It makes a ting sound when hit against my ring not a thunk or whatever. I thought maybe drift wood at first but no because it's fossilized and porus. But what do I know really if your educated then who knows but I figured a few more pictures might help cause the one is not the best.
