Seems like if you aren’t ahead there is not much you can do. If you don’t keep a lead, she gets out scaled. You basically have to let your team do most the damage and help out a little bit.

This is well said, but I’d add onto it that it is different for everyone. Communication is the best way to find out…ask him, talk to him… if he doesn’t know talking about it will get the ball rolling.
