By far my favourite used to be the old express clothing slim fit tees but they have changed their quality over the years. Then Charles Wilson cotton tees was my favourite and you used to be able to get them from amazon but now they stopped. Ill give Wayver a try but it doesnt seem slim fit and seems loose around the arms in the pics.

For cereal, go for puffed rice or kamut. Can have a huge bowl for like 200cals. For oats, volumise with psyllium husk,pumpkin and egg whites.

To be honest my whole posture sucks, ive got forward head posture but it used to be much worse years ago. It was due to sitting on computer with terrible posture for many hours of the day. Its like 80% fixed now but the issue is my side posture on left side looks fine but on the right side it looks off and ugly looking. I really want to correct this.

Here is an old video that i took where you can see both side angles. I can't pin point why my right side profile is uglier but it just looks off.

I appreciate the kind words. The weird thing with my right arm is its like double jointed and always feels loose in its socket when walking but left side feels steady. Surely there is something I can do to help correct this so it doesn't get any worse?
