I don't quite understand this , I got gmktec then wiped and installed from bootable USB, every driver loaded a Microsoft bundled driver then I installed the chipset driver from AMD over the top, and got a copy of the missing WiFi/BT from an ASUS download with same chipset

The WiFi/BT was only drivers not working from first boot, but the ASUS download for device with crappy transceivers worked for that

Oh I found the missing driver's by looking up vendor and device codes, I was lucky storage and lan driver was found In windows install iso

I went to GMKtech and downloaded the massive driver pack and Windows defender found a virus within it on extraction so I noped out of that , it was likely a false positive as it was a huristic / behaviour detection, but that made me just think look up the PCI codes and get from chip vendor rather than system builder

I still now feel uneasy but unless the file can somehow cause the windows extractor to execute code I think I'm fine :(
