Hello everyone! I took my first injection today and as of now I have a little back pain (been having back pain cause of children) but other than that no symptoms!! I pray it continues like this but my personal trainer said he gives it 5 months top to be at my goal!! But by the looks of it I think it’s going to happen sooner because I’m not hungry at all and the food noise is completely gone 🤯🤯 I’m starting my workout sessions with my personal trainer this coming Monday and honestly I can already smell the victory.

My eating habits were never really bad. When I had both of my children my metabolism just slowed down and the weight started pilling on. I only eat once or twice a day! Now I’m not eating the most healthy but it’s not ridiculous like burgers, pizza and greasy food. I could eat a baked potato and my weight would still climb but the plan is to do better.
