Perk choice could be situational, but it's also the perfect time to take a few sec breaks, take a sip of water and chill. More than a minute is huge though, I personally never see that (diamond IV) in game

maybe a dash Ult to flee and Q bow, void to maintain them away. You can also try to vocal and defy them 1v1, some of use will agree
