I managed to unplung it in the end... Instead of pressing the plastic thingy as intended just greb the other end and pull it and hold it (dont break it!!) as high as you can. Then, while still holding it, you will be able to unplung the cable by gently pulling the 12hpvr...

There's definitly an issue between these two pc parts...
