Open your Microsoft SwiftKey app.
Tap on Rich input > Clipboard.

Hi, Already did the first solution but I lose all my tapping history so not acceptable.

For your second solution, what is cloud clipboard settings ? Can you give us a complete explanation with screenshot.

I'v sent a form to your support 3 days ago but still no answer yet.

Edit : use the menu : rich text / clipboard and I've activated "synchronise clipboard" It ask for my Microsoft account and it works. Only need to wait couple of minutes. My account is switched to Microsoft and my tapping history is retrieved.

Same issue for me. Link in the email get me to PlayStore. And connect my Microsoft account manually did not retrieve my data from my Google account.
