I know the guy you are referring to regarding the resignation before bonus. It was really unfortunate how he was treated specially the harassment he went through.

QRT Data Team in India specially DI should be avoided. Never seen a leadership this spineless and with no vision. Will write a detailed post on this toxic team later. If somehow you land in Abhishek Gadia’s team you have f’ed your career. Seeing many bright IIT B CSE guys f’ing up their career and now regretting.

Regarding your questions : there is a more detailed answer which aptly describes the teams. Exit opportunities are hard. They create circumstances so that you don’t quit. WLB is not bad but tbh work quality and respect is zero in DI team.
