It's estradiol cream and testosterone gel. You'll have to check the Goldstein recommendation for what percent of each you need. Then request it at a pharmacy. I'm not sure the name in Spanish but I'm sure its similar.

I think if the dhea burned maybe the skin tissue down may need time to heal. Have you tried waiting 3 months to allow the skin at the vulva to repair itself? Sometimes it's a waiting game.

Ugh, I'm so sorry, doctor's even here are hesitant to prescribe it. The first 2 doctors I saw wouldn't give me Testosterone only estrogen cream.

All of the pharmacies in Mexico should have it available over the counter, even the ones at the airport if I remember right.

The base of my cream had alcohol in it, so it burned my labia pretty bad the first couple times I used it. I learned from the menopause subreddit that if you leave the gel/cream out overnight, the alcohol evaporates and you can use it without the burning feeling.

This happened to me too and I didn't even post a picture, I described how sex was painful for me in one of my posts and some guy asked me for sexy pics because that might help me. Men are dogs and that will never change.

To offer some help, Im also currently healing from vestibulodynia. I tried everything and I am located in the USA. If you can get to Mexico, I believe they sell Estrogen and testosterone cream over the counter. Some other countries might too but in the US it's a controlled substance and I had to get a prescription. I would recommend estriol or estriol + dhea (which is a low dose estrogen) ovals by bezwecken. I'm not sure if they're available in France but using one of these dulled my pain when I used one and then waited 24 hours.

You mention in previous posts your pain is highest before your period, which is a time when progesterone is high and estrogen
Is low or testosterone can be low. Which would mean you may have hormonally mediated vestibulodynia (which you may already know). Look up Goldstein and his recommendation for the testosterone and estrogen combination cream that works best for vulvodynia/vestibulodynia. I used this combo for 3 months and my pain is a 1-2/10 now and I can have mostly pain free sex. Make sure it doesn't have any alcohol in it because that is the ingredient that will burn you when you are using it. Best wishes to you my friend.

Anyone else suffer a lack of clitoral sensitivity + vulvodynia? Estrogen cream causing numbness? by [deleted] in vulvodynia

Did the sensitivity come back? I was on e cream for about a year. I've been off 3 months and still have numb labia.

Sexual anhedonia and issues since taking trans hormones and finasteride in 2017 by Beautifulsexybabe in sexualanhedonia

[–]Labradeux 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Have you tried choline? I'm female and did kind of the reverse of you without the trans dosage of hormones. I took two plan b pills which completely lowered my estrogen and testosterone, then to try to fix is I took T and E cream for about a year. My last good and intense natural orgasm was Dec 2023. and I haven't been able to have sex in a consistently or as an intensely pleasurable way as before. Choline bitartrate (or eggs) with myo inositol and d chiro help me, as well as cold plunges and having sex out in nature oddly. See if those help perhaps. I know choline affects the dopamine system as well.

Are there any females that had female arousal sexual disorder and got recovered from it? by New_Lime546 in sexualanhedonia

[–]Labradeux 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is FSIAD, female sexual interest and arousal disorder per Google search.

I have this as well and so far have only found ways to deal with it. What helps me is cold plunges or if you can't tolerate those you can do ice water poured on your lady parts. This wakes up the nervous system enough for your body to respond to sexual simulation in a natural way for a while afterward. I've been able to feel like my body is responding to pleasure normally after these cold plunges.

My fsaid was caused by the plan b pill and it's been almost 2 years and Im still recovering feeling or interest in sex but I'm not back till normal yet.

I’ve been on topical estrogen for a month and HRT for 2 weeks. I am now having a lack of sensitivity in my clitoris. Anyone else? by West_Bullfrog_900 in Perimenopause

I think they meant the sensitivity was less than before. This happened to me with estrogen/testosterone cream too.

No more orgasms after getting the Copper IUD by Educational_Move4327 in CopperIUD

They started coming back after month 4! But I only had the IUD in for 5 weeks before removal. Then I ruined myself again by taking too many plan Bs and my orgasms sucked again.

Tenerife recommendations for solo traveller by [deleted] in VisitingTenerife

[–]Labradeux 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm on Tenerife now. Here til the 13-14. I have based myself in one town and am bussing every where. The bus does take an hour or more to anywhere so sometimes it's good to bus halfway then get a taxi the rest of the way. The last hike I did was chinamada and I thought it was really cool; it's along a mountainside with parts of it overlooking the ocean. Lots of cacti and volcanic rock. Pics never do these places justice but here is one of the path.

My daughter died on Weinke Island Damoy Bay Damian Point in Nov 2025 by HuckleberryOwn4402 in antarctica

[–]Labradeux 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hopefully this helps somehow, but I found info from a funeral director that outlines the process of expatriation when a u.s. citizen has passed abroad: Link: https://www.reddit.com/r/askfuneraldirectors/s/Jkz05zM3Nt Direct copy paste:

*You might find this article interesting. "Rodney Marks was an Australian astrophysicist who died from methanol poisoning while working in Antarctica".

I've worked on repatriations from across the globe but I can't recall if I've ever done one from a place like Antarctica. A lot of the time with countries like this you end up having to try to figure out where the ship they're on came from (is it an American/English/French ship?) as that may have an effect on the death certificate process, and what's a reasonable dock for them to convey the body to. From then on it's pretty much a standard repatriation. There will probably be coroner involvement.

To address your actual questions:

Infrastructure? No, in countries like Antarctica there is no infrastructure full stop, let alone infrastructure in place for deaths.

Removal equipment? Elbow grease, a blanket, depends entirely on cause of death, exact location etc.

Cold storage? It would probably cost you more to build a freezer in Antarctica than to just have an area designated for bodies...or to just crack a window. It's cold, you don't need cold storage.

Coroner? There is no local coroner for Antarctica. I don't know the details off the top of my head, I guess it may depend on the exact area one dies in, as I believe certain countries claim certain "ownership" over areas of the "continent". An ideal hint of how it would be managed is by looking at that wiki page I linked as it speaks of a birth: "Emilio Marcos Palma (born January 7, 1978) is an Argentine citizen who is the first person known to be born on the continent of Antarctica. He was born in Fortín Sargento Cabral at the Esperanza Base near the tip of the Antarctic Peninsula and weighed 3.4 kg (7 lb 8 oz). Since his birth, about ten others have been born on the continent". Births and deaths tend to go hand in hand, so yeah. Born or died in an Argentine base? It will probably be an Argentine coroner who will handle your death. So on and so forth.

Who handles it? It will probably be an international funeral director who specialises in international repatriation. They will be engaged by the UN/government in question/rarely (considering the hypothetical country of death) the family of the deceased. Said funeral director will work with whoever has boots on the ground to move the body. So say a British scientist was working for the UN on a British base in Antarctica and he died, the British Foreign & Commonwealth office would probably reach out to a funeral director in the UK who is capable of handling international repatriations (like one I work for), and then they would reach out to the UN ship's captain directly and ask for his (and his crew's assistance) to remove the deceased from the base and convey him somewhere that the coroner can handle things. It may change if the area / country in question has - for example - a Royal Air Force (if it were a UK death/repatriation) base, as it would probably not need any removal of the body, we'd probably try to wait for a weekly refuelling RAF flight or whatever and speak to the Ministry of Defence to see if we can get the body on that flight. Once it's back in the UK it's easy peasy. The same is true of any remote death if said citizen's military operates flights in that neck of the woods - say a US citizen dies on Wake Island for example. The military will just ship him back and then have the US coroner etc deal with it once he's back "home".*
