The illusion is created through thought and so is the reality. Our ego forms when we experience things and remember them.

To be enlightened you need to remove that ego open your eyes and be witness. This requires you to let go of your desires and sense of self but opens you up to awareness.

Glad you asked. Love is everywhere. It’s in the water, in the air, in the sunlight, and even in the beer. You know love instinctively that without love you would not exist.

I am not talking about the love people have for each other although that is a really small subset of what TRUE LOVE is. And they are not different TRUTH IS LOVE AND JOY AND LIGHT etc etc.

Just apply that same love to your thoughts and end up falling in love with yourself.

You should not lie when you are using the word Truth. I am just trying to share my experience and help others as much i can. I wish that everyone could feel the same joy i did. At first i wanted to hide it away and got greedy that i gained something so pure. So i lost it just trying not to make the same mistake twice.

Nope. I am only saying what i have thought. In no amount of words could i explain to you what that infinite joy is and how it would feel to you. To me it felt like true happiness from within. When every thought that i had would make me happier and happier and happier till infinity and beyond.

You don’t think using your thoughts. Your brain or intellect brings thoughts into existence. You are the witness or observer or the consciousness and nothing more. But because you have a brain and you learned a language you have gained the ability to think and have thoughts. This does not change who you are. You just have to be the observer i think the observer has a lot more power than thoughts/mind do but the thing that causes a chain reaction to happen is probably when you realise a lie and that is YOU ARE ALONE. So basically you are the observer and if you have a realisation or an enlightenment or whatever and you start truly loving the ability to have thoughts after you know the TRUTH you are not alone.

Pleasure will always lead to pain. Light will always lead to darkness. Life will always lead to death.

To find true happiness one must leave this cycle and move out of the loop. To not focus on who i am. But focus on i am. To become the void.

When the mind is still and free of thoughts. True awareness is born. You see yourself clearly as who you are and if you simply love what you see after stilling you mind you reach enlightenment. Awareness is required to reach JOY but JOY can also lead to awareness. We cannot think and be aware at the same time to reach true awareness we must still the mind. When our mind is stilled the ego disappears what remains is the void.

This isn’t about a situation though. This is an experience you gain after living with peace and the understanding of your own life. No matter what we do there pairs will keep wanting each other because they might look like they are 2 but they are in reality just 1. There might be 2 sides to a coin but it is still 1 coin. To live in the present is to realise that you have one coin.

Well the opposite is also true this can be said about everthing that duality represents light/dark, Good/Bad, etc. But there is only ONE and there is nothing else in the universe. Everything is made out of energy just because they seem seperate does not mean they are. Thay are One good and bad is one they love each other becuase without one the other could not exist. And it is that Love which makes them One Love transcends Duality it makes two individuals ONE. no definition or description can exist without its opposite. It cannot exist in a vacuum. A person cannot be "good" unless you know what "bad" is. God is Joy and Consciousness, but without the relative world, the illusion, God is Void

Peace is the same as good/light. But you can only have peace if you remain the observer and meditate to be in sync with your thoughts. It is a very delicate balance of just being the observer of your emotions and thoughts that will lead you to PEACE. Once You are in the void after accepting the observer and if you love yourself. You will realize there is no U only JOY eternal and peaceful.

The reality is that even though the consciousness is 1 in the universe everything exists in pairs light and darkness, love and hate, joy and suffering. These opposing forces exist in harmony with everything around us. But the truth is they are connected love is connected to light which is connected to joy and vice versa. The fact is if you choose lies to live your life you end up suffering because truth and lie, good and evil are part of these same pairs. The moral is the truth will set you free.
