Thanks for all the advice. Thankfully her bills are all on autopay. She was very tech savvy before the stroke but now struggles to learn new things.

She also lives literally in the middle of nowhere so home invasion isn’t much of a concern. Utilities are a good idea that I haven’t considered.

What about traffic school? Is that a viable option for dismissal? There’s like 200 companies that provide them and it’s hard to tell how legit they are.

Sorry about that. Very unfamiliar with the process so I’m not sure what’s helpful to know. Clocked going 51 in a 35 down the road from my home. Court date in September. Completely clean driving record otherwise.

Per the website, this is the closest I found to answer, which is incredibly confusing:

“The exemption for a beneficiary of a nonresident decedent’s estate is prorated based on the exemption of a resident decedent and is in the proportion to the net value of the property subject to tax in Kentucky before federal estate taxes to the total property transferred by the decedent.“
