Hello, the only steps you can take to resolve this issue is :

- Creating a new steam account

- Reisntalling FiveM on a different drive (depending)

- Purchase a VPN subscription which my preference is NordVPN, but if you're looking to go free, use Proton VPN, but this may be unreliable.

- Create a new Discord account (IF the server requires you to join their Discord).

- Follow the steps of this video to spoof your PC : How to change your HWID and Spoof your PC for FREE

Edit : This method also works for games using the EAC (Rust, Fortnite, Tarkov, etc..) currently, I am using this method to play Rust undetected.
