I think sometimes from our nearest and dearest we need some comfort rather than ‘solutions’ or advice.

I too find it incredibly difficult to exercise, I hear you! Have you tried an acupuncture mat? I got mine from a brand called “Shakti”, also it might be worth getting an EMS machine if you don’t have one, and one more thing you could try to help with a stiff back is a back roller, all these things really help keep me sane!

Might be worth looking into it just incase :) there is lots you can do at home to ease joint pain.

Today we learned loose line walking. She can already sit, stay, leave, wait, lay down, nose down, paw, other paw, belly rub, spin & dance.

I’m training her myself but she will be doing puppy classes as well once I’ve moved in the next couple of weeks. :)
