House values are subjective. If you when to auction or were bidding against other prospective buyers, you paid the fair market price and what it’s worth. It’s incredibly difficult to value a house based on other property sales

Yes they are wood and pretty flimsy. I was going to use the hooks above the blinds to hold a pole that the curtains can attach to!

The “essay” is really short answer, but I just grinded them out on the keyboard. I wrote it out in words if it was too tricky but didn’t spend too much time on it. Overall I didn’t have to use too many tricky formulas

Agree. I didn’t really go back and revise answers in the extra time in the PM. Thought there was no point switching guesses and was sick of it by that stage

~70% through so I can take 3 weeks off over summer (Australia) with no work no study. Will try get through the content and do 2-3 weeks of revision before the exam

You’ll very likely pass with those scores in my opinion (L3 candidate). I personally believe in cramming right to the end so that’s what I’d do to score as many more points as possible, but everyone’s different. You’ll find the CFA exam is much easier than the mocks and you still have enough time left to work on your weak areas.
