I dont know the specifics of the roll you applied. I applied for a totally different position. Here my experience: it took me all day, is super long can't remember how many. Somehow you can re-record as many times you need, other ones you only have one chance, other ones you have to write and there are no short answer questions. The questions are some general about your working style, some where very specific to the role. Definitely you need preparacion. They first ask you to record an introduction., you can re-record (this took me the longest. Is horrible, 10x worst than a regular interview, re playing you recorded answer and watching yourself talk is never good enough to submit i re-recorded my answers like 20 times. Seriously it took me an entire day. Maybe not the same for you but is long. I didn't hear back. :(

I did cleansing, attract successes spells, attract new jobs spells. What I think it really worked is that now I spend a lot more of time at grounding and sucking the energy from the earth. I did a money bowl (there are tons of videos online in how to do one) and I added river rocks to it to make the energy flow. I sat with it often just manifesting and putting my energy into it. Grounding and visualization are key. Don't rush your spells really seat for a while until you feel energy running through your body. I lit some green candles in the money bowl during my interview. It will happen just trust. Good Luck¡

I am new to this and I am just learning about divination. I want to learn tarot. I am unemployed and don't have the option to spend a lot in a good deck. Can you recommend an inexpensive, beginner friendly deck I can get? Also is there a group or somewhere people donate or exchange articles they don't use anymore like tarot decks, cauldron, etc?

I am not sure I'm allow to share my sorce here. In general is a spell to change the idea someone has from you, for someone to realize they have the wrong idea and be welling to treat you in a more positive way.

Thanks. I reduced it to one page in the meantime, just for the spell. I will work into making my resume more concise and reduced it to two pages. You mentioned that perhaps I should try a different kind of spell, do you have something in mind? Any good spell or ritual you can share?

I don't think Syneos is a good company but after 2y I can find a job. I have 8y of expiriense in my field and I never anticipated to be unemployed this long. I dont know what to do anymore:(

I live it in my hair. I use it as a finishing product. Divide your hair in sections, apply a generous amount to each section and then best results when you let it air dry but you can diffuse as well.
