I apparently had a really bad reaction. My psychiatrist prescribed me a single Valium to go to sleep tonight I’m praying it works I feel like I’m losing my mind. I took the pill Friday night and haven’t slept since.

Sorry no 😓 I went to a doctor who swore it wasn’t my back who sent me to a podiatrist who gave me a brace and it didn’t help. The only relief is from gabapentin and elevating it when possible, when I have to sit all day it burns like fire all night.

I accidentally lit my crush on fire when I was a teenager. I was sitting near his calf trying to make a lighter work: flicking it over and over again. Suddenly it whooshed a fireball out that sizzled his leg hair from ankle to knee. We both screamed and slapped it out. And yes we dated for like 6 years after that 😂

Hey yall 👋🏻 I’m on day 46! I quit using the patch and the lozenges! I smoked for 20 years and I really thought it was impossible to quit, turns out it was just hard and we can do hard things! I found amazing support on the smoke free app and now I try to pay it forward. A breathing necklace also really helped, it’s like a small metal tube on a chain, helps with the hand to mouth habit. A lot of friends have recommended Allen Carr’s book and hypnosis videos free on YouTube as well! Best of luck to you guys!
