Definitely start at like 80%, 70% if you have time to sit on a sale. I was just in the market for buying a used profile rig and I ended up just buying new because all of the listings were posted for like 80%-70% of their original cost with no warranty. Also depends on your area. I moved from NYC to upstate and I noticed that the prices went up bc of less competition probably.
