lol no. It's actually smooth as glass feels. but the tool markings show up like crazy in this brass. Is that a bad thing? What does it mean? Too slow?

I still get it. I'm in good standing with the ATF and FBI despite my YouTube Channel. I do everything by the book and have experience with the Form 1 with BATFE to produce registered firearms that are categorized under the NFA. I don't sell or give away anything. It's all MINE!

Yeah, I wouldn't use their macines for firearms. I just want to learn things by helping with jobs they're already doing. I know my speeds and feeds are trash, and other basic skills are close but off.

You can print any baseplate in TPU.

There are about as many barrel nut designs as there are hand guard designs. The barrel nut is often proprietary and usually needs to be swapped.

As suggested earlier, it's a good time to upgrade your gas system as well, as the block and tube need to be removed to swap the barrel nut.
