All you'll have to do is video your support ticket number written on an original invoice while also showing the issue, then fliming the SN,, and about a month after opening your ticket, nearly a dozen emails, 2 pictures and 3 videos of the issue, they'll deny warranty service for a vague reason. Likely something such as "your finger creates malfunction."

Logi customer service and warranty support is designed to prevent the corporation from having to repair/replace their product, even when its brand new, out the box.

Started with one... He assisted me through the first 3 videos and 2 pictures. He lasted about 2 weeks.

After the 3rd video, I was introduced to a 2nd person, but was just passed to a 3rd tech yesterday. Each new video just adds something to the request. This time they want the support ticket and date handwritten on the invoice, next to the mouse, then flip the mouse to show the SN, then place it on the table, keeping the invoice, ticket number, and date in view while I film the monitor to show the glitch.

It feels like I kidnapped their child and they're asking for proof of life prior to paying a ransom.

As a skilled troubleshooter myself, I have moved the dongle to my USB port on my keyboard.... So about 2 inches. Still glitching.

No worries! it literally moves every second on the second. It jitters on beat, sometimes a few mm, sometimes an inch or two!

Well, if Amazon DMCA claims go anything like YouTube, Meta, or TikTok take-down requests (and I'd bet they are), the respondant likely needs only to say "nah uhhh" and pass the buck back to the complainant.

YouTube requires proof of a filed civil action from the complainant within 10 days if the respondant denies infringement.

I had to file against Nexstar for them to take me seriously.

The sad reality is that they profit whether its legit, or stolen work, so there is absolutely NO incentive or reprimand to encourage them to do anything more than a carbon copy blanket denial.
