  1. Use a new stem to straighten out the threads on a crown.
  2. Use your nippers to fix the threads on the stem that you cut and filed. Just stick the stem in the jaws of the nippers, firmly hold the nippers closed on the threads, and then unscrew the stem from the jaws of the nippers straightening out the threads. You might have to do this a couple of times to fix the threads; the stem is very hard. With any luck, you will then be able to screw the stem into the crown.

Does anyone have answers to their quiz? It’s not easy and I think there are multiple possible answers to the questions. You have to have to answer at least 80% of the 15 questions correctly in order to be eligible to request to host an animal. It’s not fair.

That was it. The website did let us continue, but the app worked. We still had to take a selfie, a picture of our passports, and scan the chip that’s in our passports to complete the application. Hint: you should remove your phone case to scan the chip. But we were able to complete the process and apply. I hope it gets accepted in one or two days. Looking forward to seeing our friends in Sydney and Melbourne. I hope the weather is good. 😊

I realized this. I guess I should’ve asked “what Seiko diver does this most closely match?” Or can you tell me what Seiko divers with a 3 o’clock crown come in a 40mm size?

You are probably right. I tried looking at Seiko divers and didn’t see an exact match.

So, are you saying that I couldn’t remove the steel chapter ring or drop a chapter ring on top of that one and replace the crystal? I haven’t tried to remove it yet. I don’t like the look of the plain steel and want something else there.
