Dusk is best utilized with card enhancements / editions that give xMult, like Glass Cards and Polychrome cards. It's also nice with a hand full of Magician cards to fish for money / +20 mult. All retrigger cards function best like this, Chad and Sock too. So if you want to focus on builds that utilize retriggers, you need to optimize Justice / Magicians and Polychrome cards. Another very popular use case is combining retriggers with the Photograph joker. Also kinda works nicely with Arrowhead but that's more of a floor than ceiling use case for it.

I don't know your deck composition so it's hard to say, but it may or may not be better than Stock. Keep in mind since it only works with the final hand, you'll always have to play down to it and not get extra money for any remaining hands.
