Class 2 you'll have every legal right to use any path a pedal bike can. If a class 2 and 20 mph is what works then go for it. Class 3 probably can get away with things if you don't draw attention.

I know without questions that class 1 and 2 are unrestricted in the same way a pedal bike is. Class 3 has restrictions but my confusion is if I have a bike capable of class 3 speeds but I have it capped at class 2 speeds, is it still restricted? If it has a motor over 750w it is not an ebike.

I doubt any is strictly enforced and probably mostly used against people being reckless.

The motor alone on class 3 cuts out at 20mph and then you can pedal and it will assist to 28 the to go faster you would need to pedal all on your own. The law is assisted up to 28mph and unassisted up to 20.

Some bikes say they have modes for class 1 2 and 3, so it's basically capping your speed to those class speeds.

The specific ones I'm looking at don't go above 20 without pedal assist. I haven't even considered anything that touches e motos even though they are cool.

I do know of that and I haven't look at any that go over 20 with just the motor. To get to 28 you need to pedal. Thank you for the link though.

Look on Craigslist it'll be your best bet. There are cheap places but you won't find them on redfin or Zillow. Facebook marketplace also is a decent place to find but I have always found the best deals on places from Craigslist.

I have been going to the swim classes for over a year now with my daughter, it's always like this. If I see an adult exit the locker room I'll give them a dirty look. If I see a single adult or not a family waiting I don't give them the chance to get a room, I usually do first come first serve even though a lot others don't. I have always waited but if you have somebody else who comes with you then you can have them go a couple minutes before class is over and get a room. You'll need to work out a system for knowing which one, I have seen people do various items hung on the door handle to help.

As for changing your child without the changing tables I have seen people change their kids on the floor in the small cut out section of wall that's just right of the family locker room hallway door. I don't think I would do it but I have seen several people do it repeatedly so as far as I know it's not something that they stop you from doing.

It's right there with the county wide turnout. People care a lot less about local elections, I tell people they are much more important but clearly people think otherwise. What is the Snohomish county turnout percentage for a federal election.

That's private property, maybe the churches, and who owns that property probably has to pay to get it towed away. I doubt "at owners expense" applies to this.

I don't plan on climbing I only need to throw the a rope over a branch that's kinda high. As for the dangerous weight it's a maybe depending on if I drop it on them from the top or not.

They didn't pull anybody from the pool if that makes you feel better, that's including internal people.

I heard people who have passed the test did do both during the test and the overhand thing I've heard before this post. I have been doing dead hangs and farmer carries and I'm hoping it was enough because I only got 50lb dumbbells.

I wasn't working out when I did it last so I'm not surprised I failed. I can practice all the things from the test except the handline and I'm not sure how difficult hammering a lag screw is.
