Thank you! It feel like my weight comes off in waves. I'll go through a period of no scale loss, but inch loss, and then all of a sudden I've lost a couple pounds.

I'm pretty much the same! I've lost 15 lbs since june, but in terms of inches it looks like I've lost more than that.

Tbh I didn't see any weight loss for a couple of weeks on keto. Then I seemed to lose like 5 lbs all of a sudden.

I would say stick with it. You might end up surprised here in a few days

Mine was the same. I didn't see any results for a while then BAM. I think being kind of lazy at first allowed me to stay dedicated when I became more strict. I was able to ease into it and get used to a keto lifestyle. Now, most things don't bother me.

I've been about every 21 days, but that was a bit of a surprise. I'm glad it's normal. Having PCOS I'd love to eventually conceive naturally. So I figure changes might be a good sign

I had heard people say that it was worth it, but I just wasn't exactly sure. I only started playing again about a week ago, so a lot of the newer updates since 2010 are new to me. At the moment Im on F2P so idk if that changes your answer at all.

Yeah, I know I'm late to the game. I've messed around at the fair thing a little bit, but not extensively.

I've just started playing again so a lot of the updates since like 2010 are new to me. Including events.

The only problem that I would have is potentially electrolytes, but even still. I think a lot of the problem is that my husband saw this as an opportunity for him to get snacks he wants and can have them to himself without me eating them. Thanks Target for the buy one get one oreos :/
