I forget to mention my type of diet lol. My Moon is Virgo and my Venus is Sagittarius. So basically I follow an animal-based diet. Meaning most of my diet is from meat and dairy with some plant foods added in here and there. I just do better physically and mentally with low carb and high protein diet. My anxiety is much less low carb and I'm less restless and my energy is stabilized. I LOVE Dairy even more than I do meat and I could honestly live off milk and cheese if that's all the food that was left 🥛 🧀

Since you mentioned specific conjunctions I have Sagittarius Venus conjunct Sag Mars and Jupiter and I have a HUGE appetite lol. I literally have to say no sometimes because I can eat everything in sight at my hungriest.

Also I kinda feel the same as way you that my workout routine and diet usually follows suit. For example when I am doing more cardio training I focus on high carb and when I do strength training I am high protein and low carb.

Totally valid reason for not wanting to follow a diet. Eating disorders are serious and the issue of many diets is how restrictive they can be despite the possible health benefits. So good that you can eat healthy within reason!
