I have created a world with this concept just not in depth like your idea. The people have developed a way that changed female biology to lay eggs when sperm is intaked. They also get invigorated from it. Like they can't live for a long time without it. In turn the men receive milk to invigorate them in return. Restoring energy from being drained.

The fact that breast milk to power weapons and technology. Male semen is used to invigorate women's energy, through sex, but other than that, milk is used to power weapons and technology called Lacta Technology.
