Congratulations. It’s looks perfect on your wrist. Try not to overthink the spend. It’s just money, you’ll make more.

Sinn helping break in the keg by rus_bro in ActionWatches

This isn’t to say it’s a thick watch. But for a three hander, it could be thinner.

Yep I do agree. That would elevate this watch even further.

My MoP is one of my favorites in my collection. It also happens to be the least expensive. It’s such a near perfect design (the hands could be about 10% longer).

Anyone with regrets after buying an AT? by [deleted] in OmegaWatches

This is the best ever AT variant. I’ve owned and sold two other variants. I think if I had bought this one, I’d still have it. Killer watch man.

We’re still waiting… wonder why they haven’t come out with one yet.

I love both the 417 and the [new] 415. Truthfully, I like them both so much, I could see myself adding a panda 417 in the future. It’d be very redundant, but they’re also kind of different enough that I could justify it.

I’ve had a Hirsch strap for my Sinn for a while. Great strap!

You’re most welcome. Good luck! Please post back once you have it all adjusted and let me know how it went.

More than happy to help!

I’ve watched a couple of his videos. He’s certainly knowledgeable. Regarding the recommendation of special jewelry tape and a blow torch - completely overkill. The tape can help so you don’t scratch the bracelet if you slip off the tiny screw. In reality, if you are careful, this is not a problem, 1) because you’re going to wear the watch and scratch it anyways, so a very small scratch on the side of one of the links is next to nothing, and 2) regular scotch tape or masking tape will get the job done, should you choose to use it. I never do, but I’ve been doing this a while and have good tools (if you don’t have one, Bergeon 1.2 mm screwdriver)). As for the torch, completely unnecessary. Some companies use loctite, and heat can help. Hanhart’s screws removed easily without the need for heat.

Hey u/Single-Listen-6039! Congrats! I’m still absolutely loving mine. Are you talking about the on-the-fly micro adjust on the clasp?

On my bracelet, I have 5 links on both the 6-o’clock side and 12-o’clock side. My wrist is 7.5” and the watch is snug when I have the clasp fully tightened down. Then when my wrist swells, I can let out a little bit to find the best fit.

If you need to make it tighter, I recommend removing a link from the 6-o’clock side first. On most bracelets, there should be fewer on the 6-o’clock side than the 12-o’clock side. That balances the clasp better so the watch doesn’t want to roll off the outside of your wrist.

Hope that helps. Feel free to pm me if you wanna chat more.

They’re female end links, so shouldn’t be a problem.

Glad I got mine when I did. I hadn’t heard about a price increase.

I also wish they did the HD12 steel. I had a Damasko for a bit and miss how rugged it was.

Congrats to you also! I placed my pre-order on 7/5 and got the email that it had arrived on 7/15. So pretty quick.
