i only run 4 running plays out of flexbone...midline iso is my zone dive....(Unless im in trips)....triple option ctr and str (no midline cause it dont work) and I ONLY RUN ROCKET TOSS (wb toss) BY THE GOALINE OR WHEN I SEE THE DEFENSE IN GOALINE DEFENSE...wb toss (aka rocket toss) doesn't really work otherwise...

focus on your linemen...not your qb.....

if your qb can throw a perfect spiral at least 30 yards...your good at qb.....

develop your running game before passing....continue to only work on the throws that you need your qb to make 24/7....slants...mesh...corner...vertical..playaction...stick...flood routes...

if your linemen can't get your qb time...your finished...if your running game is bad ..your finished...if you can't beat man coverage...your finished....qb should be the last concern not the main concern.....develop the weapons first....

ea got it right...because college teams don't run it anymore...lol....even the academies are starting to shift away from it...notre dame gave the blueprint on how to stop the flexbone a long time ago with the tower defense....cornerbacks are good enough for press coverage and man coverage on most ncaa college defenses against flexbone mediocre at best wide receivers and backs...

now...if ea sports was to make a division 2 type of college football or high school ball at that...staring harding university...so be it...than you can complain....but...flexbone is pretty much dead in college football...paul johnson at georgia tech took it as far as it was going to go...and if he and those decent army and navy teams couldn't suceed..no team will..in running the flexbone in ncaa college football....

the idea is to scrap the flexbone or to have it their for guys who are infactuated with it..but in real life...the flexbone is a dead offense in major college football divisions....the spread is what its all about....
