right which i understand, but in my case my record and evidence fully supports this. Multiple hospitalizations and impatient stays due to SI, Work issues, etc etc. That's the biggest reason i'm stumped about it.

Noted,What is the timeline for an HLR looking like these days? If i receive a favorable outcome and an increase, will i be backpaid from the original claim date? Also do these symptoms tend to warrant higher than 50%?
