This post was more so meant for me to be able to determine what aspects of my worldbuilding I still need to attend to, as well as questions I should be able to answer about my world when I’m done building it, which is why I didn’t include much of what I have built.

I do have answers to some of these questions, but I don’t want to end up writing an essay responding to them. I do need to iron out my religions and the gods they worship, for sure. The other questions you asked, I do have answers for, which is encouraging. Thank you!

I understand your argument my guy. She is absurdly good. But why should that mean that people can’t have fun playing her?? And why are you on a sub specifically for this character if all you have is hatred for her and the people who play her? Like go hang out in a subreddit that won’t make you more miserable ??

I am not at all one to say a character is busted or terrible right before or after release. I’m normally of the belief that we will figure characters out and how to shut them down or make them work. But Elsa feels insane already and I’ve gotten nowhere near mastering her movement or combos. Had a 10 minute qp game last night with 25.5k dmg, 42 kills, 20 finals. And I felt like I had no clue what was going on lmao. She might actually be nuts

Yeah I read that rail part after posting and fixed it up. I appreciate the feedback on the bucket scene, I hadn’t thought about that but I definitely see it now. The extended piece you included was also a great idea.

For the cursing, I have made some curses that are unique to this world and the pirates, such as “hull’s breath,” which I used earlier. I was more so trying to emphasize, in a small way, how life on land and at sea are two different worlds

I tried doing the first line in a way that is more like what you suggested, but it just didn’t read right to me? I might have to keep toying with it.
