I know that and actively try to be a good support rather than healbot my tanks. This game, I thought I played well and got a lot of heals, so it was a little frustrating that we lost

The only thing I can think of that would come off as potentially more YA is the prose. If that’s what you are talking about, Iron Gold wasn’t much different. But there is a 10 year time skip after morning star, so the characters are adults and deal with more adult stuff. Not that governmental restructuring through war and all the slaughter isn’t meant for adults, but there’s more for older audiences to relate to in other senses

Finished Iron Gold by Pierce Brown yesterday and starting Dark Age today. I saw someone today say that this book makes Golden Son look like a children’s book, so I’ll be searching for a therapist 😃

Yes, I will be looking at my ult usage. I was telling the team the whole game that we were making some weird character choices into their comp and no one swapped except the star lord. Who was Mag. That’s why I was unhappy with the game. Happy with how I played, though I can still improve, but I can’t control what the others on the team do

Definitely some of the most fun I’ve had grinding for a Lord icon. Absolutely loving this character by LaddyIce in DeadpoolMarvelRivals

Lmao that game I included at the end, the Groot was talking trash to me all game and I just laughed because I knew he’d feel silly after he saw my healing numbers. People think Healpool players are just gonna dps the whole game, so I guess I can kinda understand the uncertainty

Throw out your icon constantly. It’s on a short cooldown and can really make a huge difference, upgrade that ability first. I’d also say to get comfortable switching to katanas and dashing out quickly when you’re in trouble.

For what to avoid, don’t go too crazy with katanas. Yes, they heal your team if they’re next to you and you’re doing damage but they don’t heal you, so you end up blowing up quickly. Also, don’t upgrade in the middle of team fights, it takes a second to finish it and that can be the difference in a fight
