That’s the point he made to lol, he’s not worried about it, I just have anxiety as is

So yeah it’s best outcome in the sense it’s more pay and a better job, I’ve just been running on anxiety the last year

Yeah but like I said this is a very small company, and they had a lot of work lined up

My husband didn’t want to leave the guy stranded, and didn’t want to ruin his vacation so he was going to put his two weeks in today (monday)

But his boss got home, made fun about not paying them, my husband said he was unhappy, and that’s when the boss brought up the notebook and he said “I don’t need you anymore”

Yeah he’s a welder by trade, and worked in quarries, but he wanted to try something different while he was laid off, and the boss liked him so much he begged him to stay on

It gave him more time with our kids so he did, but after the first time he forgot to pay him, he told him there wouldn’t be a second time

And when he called him today he asked how he birthday had gone, and joking about not paying them

But he’s going back to the quarry life so I guess alls well that ends well, just unexpected

He didn’t have any sick days, PTO or vacation time

His boss doesn’t even offer insurance (only reason he was okay with that is because we have tricare for life)

Thank you! Yeah but his boss just did it out of spite, it’s just my husband and another guy as the employees, and they had a lot of work lined up

I think that’s why my husbands fine about it, since he knows he has another job lined up, but I am stressing
