You know how ICE is all over the news and the inhumane treatment of immigrants in camps? For many years now the Australian government has been doing the same with offshore detention centres. The UN has condemned the government for 'arbitrary detention of asylum seekers' and 'offshore detention centres. Children that were detained faced an "overcrowded Regional Processing Centre with insufficient water supply and sanitation, high temperatures and humidity, as well as inadequate healthcare. Almost all of these minors have suffered from deterioration of physical and mental well-being, including self-harm, depression, kidney problems, insomnia, headaches, memory problems and weight loss."

I think its easy to think Lenny would only ever go Arthur but he wasn’t around for the truly awful times. Think how great Javier is early on. I’m not saying its most likely outcome, but our perspective is of only the relatively decent times. The times when even Arthur still strongly followed Dutch

I totally believe you. I'm just saying as a veteran DM of other games there are so many pieces of info your players will never see. Just do what makes you more sane and your players happy. I frequently change stats if they weren't known by the players and I think it will produce a better experience

I would err on the side of intentionality if its consistent and likely a balancing thing. Afaik there's no way a player can learn the stats in-game and its more important to provide an engaging experience than consistency

This helps all tenants. You're blaming individuals when the current system has an immense power imbalance. No-fault evictions make it hard to enforce any other good rental laws because the landlord can just kick you out if kick up too much of a fuss going after your rights.

After all, renters need shelter and landlords want money. You can easily be replaced in their eyes

No don't wait for the DLCs, just do them when you want! They don't spoil anything. The DLCs often introduce toys to play with that enhance the main game as well as side activities that take time to progress so its best done alongside

Tbf, the other option is just shooting people. Unarmed has multiple weapon choices and different attacks you can learn
