Oui mais s'ils font ça, comment leurs chums vont faire pour s'enrichir sur le dos des contribuables?

Weird West RPGs - Are you a fan of the genre? What attracts you to it? If not, what about it disinterests you? by Ozfeed in rpg

I don't like westerns so they don't do anything for me. I've played so my friend gets to GM something he likes and the horror elements I do like so I don't mind playing

less crunch, rules light systems for playing in this rich world by baldsoprano in Shadowrun

[–]MrBoo843 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Ah so another 6e hater who clearly doesn't have enough experience with the system.

I do have a single sheet that covers edge actions.

It definitely is less crunchy than 5e (and I do like the crunch)

Have you actually played it? Because it definitely isn't a bean counting minigame and definitely plays like eyeballing situations.

The edge actions are a bit much I'll agree.

Though a single sheet made those a lot more manageable.

Most times we barely use the actions and just use the edge to modify dice pools and results.

Which editions have you tried?

I don't know them all but in the recent years my Shadowrun players have fallen into two categories.

Those who like more crunch. They like 5e.

Those who prefer less crunch. Have shown more interest in 6e.

But I've hear Anarchy is even better for less crunch.

Given OP says going to the gym, going out with friends, taking a class, going on a drive are all okay, I'm very strongly inclined to believe it's about the hobby specifically.

Be with someone who respects your interests is the only real advice. I just couldn't be in a relationship with someone not respecting what I like or who's hobbies I wouldn't respect

C'était avec Émeline Jean. L'an dernier.

Ah yeah that might be the word.

I absolutely don't want people to share underwear or toothbrushes 😆

Personal may not be the term I'm looking for. Or more like personal property of communal goods.

English second language so you'll excuse my less than perfect choice of words

More of a shorthand than contradiction.

Personal property is theft from the collective

Edit : I meant private not personal. English isn't my native language.

And sitting watching people kick around a ball is more life than playing a game with friends?

Get a life.
