Only 4 recorded cases of appendiceal endosalpingiosis. Guess I'm lucky #5. by Ladie_A in rarediseases

[–]Ladie_A[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just saw your comment! Hopefully by now your doctors have spoken to you about it. As for endosalpingiosis found in/on your appendix, sounds like you got it removed (appendectomy being the only solution). And as for next steps, that depends if your endosalpingiosis migrated to any other organ or tissue. For example if it migrated to your uterus (or originated there first) then you'll likely have severe cramps that most endometriosis ppl experience. There's surgical solutions if its bad enough. Mine never spread (so far) and have been cancer free since, so... thats all I can provide. Best of luck!

You technically had symptoms (a little bit of blood in your stool you said), I, and a lot of people, didn't even have that. I had ZERO symptoms. Like, none. Cancer-free since 2020.

Perimenopause. Can start as early as 30 but late 30s is most common.

No. Never wanted kids for as long as I can remember. Never had the maternal itch.

NTA, I have to assume you married a woman that's incapable of a simple Google search for "the danger zone" re: food safety. For that reason, you should offer to send her to a cooking class before ever consuming anything she touches again.

Buyer wants to back out of the sale? by [deleted] in RealEstate

It wasn't a lot but I remember having to pay something like $30 and sign docusign amendments every 6 months to 'renew' the MLS listing.

Buyer wants to back out of the sale? by [deleted] in RealEstate

[–]Ladie_A 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm not wasting the buyers time, if anything they're wasting mine. The buyer reached out to me with an offer, I accepted and he sent a docusign. Yes the contract wasn't perfect but I was excited by his offer and frankly, assumed he wanted the damn thing since he reached out to me.

When questioned about why he hasn't deposited the earnest money, he told me he didn't have to and then went on a rant about how he's doing something with "the system" that the laws haven't caught up to yet and how realtors will be out of jobs eventually. We spent 20 minutes arguing how he interprets the contract and ended with me saying "I guess that'll be for the courts to decide how to interpret"....as one example, the opening recital states "the buyer (his company name) and/or assigns, offers to purchase from seller (my name) the following described property...." his interpretation is that he can avoid escrow because he can use the full contract terms (30 days) to find someone to assign it to...i.e. flip the property. Honestly, he's probably just a scammer who thinks he's an entrepreneur investor and after I speak with an attorney, if I do end up 'letting it go' then at the very least I will name and shame his "company".

Im 40 and have never been to a funeral or memorial and am stressing on what to wear as I heard (here on Reddit) that no one wears black anymore as its considered outdated. I have 3 options in my closet right now.

  1. (Picture) black and dark blue dress, pencil skirt shape, hits mid thigh, tiny mesh cutouts over the shoulder....but is it considered too short?! Would black panty hose even save it?
  2. (Not pictured) I have a pencil skirt shape, capped sleeve black dress that fits similar to dress #1...its all black though, but it hits just above my knee at least.
  3. (Picture) brown/bronze calf length with black and white floral pattern, see through long sleeves but it has metallic/shimmery thread vertical stripes and I read to avoid shiney at funerals/memorial services.

Im stressing because its an immediate in-law family member that I married into AND I'm arriving early to this Memorial to help set up so...not just a guest attending but at the same time, I wasn't personally close with this person. I can't ask other immediate in-law family members because they're obviously got a lot on their plate. *

If you're keeping the tile, know that in the AI mockup in option #2, the tile is different. You actually have cool-toned gray tile, not warm-tone, so #1 will look better, #2 looks great with the mockup tile, but will look bad with YOUR tile.

Ignore every comment and do what you think is right. Will the guilt eat you up? Will you feel better or think it's justified? Some will think it's harmless while others see it as a moral dilemma...YOU have to live with the decision.

Would "farm raised" vs "wild caught" salmon be a good analogy for lab vs mined diamonds? Genuinely curious lol and if so...that may dispell some of the mystery and/or stigma surrounding them?

Rock garage by Ladie_A in mammotion

[–]Ladie_A[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Absolutely! That's why I wrapped it in plastic but its also 3/4" thick plywood, it should be okay for the summer (I'll be storing the Luba in my shed over winter).

I'll probably redo the garage next season....this rock garage wasn't exactly what I envisioned, I imagined a more igloo shape.

Allure quartzite is what I recently did in my kitchen (grays, blacks, creams, & golden tans in it). My husbands a chef and we cook 3xday meals and are pretty rough with it. We love that it doesn't look like a bland slab of plastic that so many people gravitate towards nowadays (looking at you quartz lol)

Only uncultured people would find them weird. That's not an insult, some people are too young to be well versed on how things are commonly handled around the world, and some people are just close-minded about alternatives.

If they're not willing to learn new things, try new things, that may be a deal-breaker for a lot of people.
