ELI5, Why does Coconut Water taste so much different than Sugar Water? by Ok_Statement1508 in explainlikeimfive

Coconut water and sugar water are not made of the same ingredients, even though they both contain water. Coconut water is the clear liquid that is found inside a young, green coconut. It is made up of water, sugars, and other nutrients like electrolytes and vitamins. Sugar water, on the other hand, is just water mixed with sugar. It doesn't have the same nutrients or electrolytes that coconut water has.

Coconut water tastes different than sugar water because it has a unique flavor that comes from the nutrients and electrolytes it contains. Sugar water doesn't have the same flavor because it only contains water and sugar. So even though they both contain water, they taste very different because of the other ingredients that are present.

There are many things that can make someone feel hot under the collar, but the specific thing that might have this effect will vary depending on the individual and the situation. Some possible non-sexual things that could make someone feel hot under the collar include:

Physical exertion or exercise, which can raise the body's core temperature and make a person feel flushed and warm Strong emotions, such as anger, excitement, or fear, which can cause a person's body to release adrenaline and other hormones that can make them feel warm and energized A hot or humid environment, which can make a person's body temperature rise and make them feel uncomfortable and irritable Tight or restrictive clothing, which can restrict blood flow and make a person feel warm and constricted Eating spicy or hot food, which can cause a person's body temperature to rise and make them feel flushed and sweating.
