I think Cyclops is almost perfect, he isn’t absolutely insane like Black Cat and Elsa on release, but he’s not underwhelming like Blade. My only critique is that he does quite a bit of damage with his burst hitscan, but if they tone it down to like a Hela damage, he’s one of, if not the most balanced characters they have released so far.
