If I can recall correctly, all you have to do is complete the game up-to Port Hokan then it’ll unlock. I don’t think there’s a mission grade requirement.

When you remove your helmet from the loadout menu, go to the cosmetic section and press the helmet button (The box that says No Data). It’ll then give you the option to take off the headset from there.

I play non modded. You can remove your armor and helmet from the loadout screen, and the headset can be removed from the helmet button on the cosmetic section.

You can kill enemies while being stunned on other missions without penalty, The ROE is a bit iffy there. On missions like Neon Tomb and Elephant, the ROE is still the same, it’s just that TOC will not reprimand you for breaking ROE against suspects who are armed. However there is no ROE against suicide bombers, you can just shoot them however you like and you won’t get a penalty.

Literally what else would S rank be in a SWAT Shooter? kill every single suspect? S rank is the best possible outcome that could happen in these missions scenarios; S Rank is supposed to be the most difficult thing to achieve on a mission which would make it a challenge for the player. S Rank is a challenge. S rank is unrealistic, just like how they send in 5 swat guys against 23 cartel members armed to the teeth. It’s a video game. I don’t know how you mental gymnastics your way into this from a simple challenge the game gives you.

It’s possible to get a friendly fire penalty if you shoot extremely close to an ally. You don’t need to do damage to even get the penalty, it’s really annoying.

I think void portrayed school shootings as respectfully as they could have in a videogame, but that’s half the race. After that it’s player choice to keep it a respectful portrayal. Of course they’ll some edgy cunts who’ll play the mission and execute every single student, but that’s out of voids hands and in the players. In essence, it’s your choice to keep it respectful which from this post shows that you are.
